The search process actively involves three primary parties: the Human Resources manager, the hiring manager and the search consultant. Open and honest dialog between this team establishes expectations and builds trust.
Discussion about things like how the position has / will relate to others, sphere of influence, and ideal candidate characteristics beyond experience will help me identify your new employee.
We also need to discuss specific administrative procedures such as the number of candidates you would like to see, who will be the critical interviewers, and establish reporting timelines.
