Regular, scheduled progress reports will be delivered by me throughout the search. Once the best choice candidate has been identified, I am available to serve as a negotiation conduit and advocate for a positive outcome between you and the candidate. Your company may wish to proceed directly and without my assistance in the negotiation phase. It can work either way.
